EVO SERVICE ORDER FORM

Processing your work order for EVO performance engine and suspension services is easy.

Step One:

*Please Remove Push Button Air Bleeders from forks and install stock screws*
Remove and thoroughly CLEAN all parts to be shipped. Remove and store all guards, guides, hoses, hardware, kick starter, shifter, etc. If you're sending a complete motor, please drain the gear oil.

Step Two:
Carefully wrap individual motor and/or suspension parts in heavy-duty bubble wrap.  Tape securely and pack tightly in a corrugated cardboard box. Please ship suspension parts and motor parts in separate boxes.

Step Three:
Print out the form, fill in and send with your Suspension or Engine.
