EVO Engine Mods
EVO engine modifications are built around usable and reliable power-- power you can use from the twist of the throttle to the limiter. Peak horse power is impressive, but if it takes bouncing off the rev limiter to find it, reliability will be marginal at best. Every EVO modified motor is built around our customers needs, riding ability and budget. All of our testing and motor development is very important to us at EVO. 2-Stroke Mods
EVO two stroke engine modifications are available for 50cc and larger motors. We offer motor mods for Motocross, Arenacross, Flat Track, and Off Road. We also offer complete supermini motors.
EVO two stroke cylinders are cut, shaped, and textured. Exhaust parts are polished. Cylinder heads are CNC machined to match the cylinder mods. Add EVO carb mods for maximum throttle response and performance. EVO has a full service department. Complete motor rebuilds, crank mods, and case mods are just a small part of what we offer.
4-Stroke Mods
EVO offers custom cams, pistons and performance valve train parts. We port and flow our heads. Valve seats are cut and/or replaced. We offer three, four, and full radius seat cuts. EVO carb kits, pipes and ignitions are also available for complete motor packages.

SUSPENSION SERVICES:
Stock suspension that comes on a motorcycle today is made with very good components. With such items as high tech coatings, titanium springs and oversized bladder caps now coming stock on some models, you have an excellent base to build high quality suspension.
The problem remains that stock suspension comes with a general setting to work adequately for anyone who may purchase a motorcycle, from the 280lb trail rider, to the 150lb freestyle rider doing back flips. The suspension does not come set up specifically for your weight or the type of riding you do.
That is where we can help.
After talking with you, we can determine what type of set up you are personally looking for. Whether it be for the woods, desert, motocross, supercross, arenacross, worcs, supermoto, flat track, hare scrambles, enduro, etc. We have a set up that will work for you.
